Penarth Pier Pavillion building (commercial)
Penarth Pier Pavillion building – This local landmark underwent extensive redecoration including concrete repairs in 2006 and scaffolding was provided to every square inch of the building. This included the rear of the shops.
In between high tides the sea bed was excavated to base rock to provide a firm base.
The scaffold was then erected and Hilti tied to the building before back filling and allowing the tide to return. After only a few days, storms hit and the scaffold was battered by 90mph winds and waves that crashed not only over the pier, but the pavement and road.
The scaffold remained intact, a true test of the quality of our work.

Extension (domestic)
Simple extension to a domestic property.
The scaffolding has been erected to a height of one course of blockwork below current level to allow ease of continuation of works. A second visit provided a further lift of scaffolding to the exterior of the extension with a single lift on top of the joists to allow the internal gable to be built.
